We’re looking for a Business Growth & Marketing Manager to lead client acquisition efforts in the Tampa Bay area. In this role, you will:
Prospect and meet with potential clients in person
Generate qualified leads through outreach, networking, and relationship building
Conduct discovery meetings and consultative sales conversations
Close contracts aligned with our service offerings
Collaborate with our strategy and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success
We want someone who thrives in sales and client growth:
Proven experience in B2B sales (agency, digital solutions, law services, or complex sales preferred)
Strong pipeline management and prospecting skills
Excellent communication (verbal & written)
Comfortable with targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
Self-motivated, resilient, and growth-oriented
Competitive commission structure:
50% of the first two months’ revenue for every new client closed
5% residual commission for the first year a client stays on
Gas mileage reimbursement for travel
