Presentation: Articulate client needs and expectations to internal teams. Present detailed project documentation to clients, ensuring alignment and understanding.
Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of projects according to client specifications. Follow up consistently to track progress and meet project milestones.
Client Satisfaction: Proactively manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly. Strive for excellence in client service.
Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional English-speaking skills, both written and verbal. Possess strong convincing skills to effectively convey the value proposition of Bayshore Communication.
Proven experience in product management, client management, and cross-functional team management.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, software, website, and mobile app development.
Excellent English-speaking skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
