Job Context:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Call Centre executive to join our team. The Call Centre executive will be responsible for answering all incoming calls, emails, texts, and online chats from potential customers and providing them with accurate and up-to-date information about our client's services. The Call Centre executive will also be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into appointments, and sales for our clients.
As our clients are diverse and span across different industries, the Call Centre executive should be adaptable to different client requirements and possess excellent communication and selling skills. The Call Centre executive needs to have an excellent command of the English language, including a good IELTS score.
Responsibilities:
Answer all incoming calls, emails, texts, and online chats professionally and courteously.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into appointments.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our client's services and products.
Follow up with potential customers via phone or email to ensure a high conversion rate.
Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines.
Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Continuously improve customer service skills and product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a neutral accent.
Strong selling and persuasive skills.
Experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center tools.
Good typing speed and computer skills.
Availability to work on a shifting basis, including weekends and holidays.
Educational Requirements:
We are not concerned about educational qualifications; we are looking for someone who speaks excellent English and has good sales skills.
